When registering as a creator, you must provide the following information (required):

• Name or creator alias

• Birth year (used to calculate age; may be hidden from public display in paid plans)
• Country of residence
• Height (may be hidden in paid plans)
• Body measurements (bust, waist, hips; may be hidden in paid plans)
• At least one thumbnail image (mandatory)
• At least one profile photo (mandatory)
• Social media links (multi-link available in paid plans)

Optional: category selections, self-introduction, additional profile images, user-submitted descriptions or tags.

If you do not agree to provide and store this information, you may not register or use the Service as a creator.

b. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect personal information from third-party reporters (e.g., email addresses, IP addresses).
• We do not currently collect authentication data (OAuth tokens, login history) or device/browser metadata.

If we decide to collect such information for security or service improvement, we will update this Policy in advance.

c. Information from Third-Party Reports

• Profiles may be submitted by the individual or by a third-party reporter.
• Reports are based solely on publicly available information.
• We attempt to contact the subject for consent before publishing.
• Without verified consent, no identifiable personal data will be displayed publicly.

d. Subscription, Payment, and Refund Information

When you purchase a paid plan (Basic, Plus, Pro), payment details are processed by authorized third-party Merchant of Record (MoR) providers (e.g., Lemon Squeezy, Paddle).

We do not store full payment card numbers. We may store limited non-sensitive billing information returned by the MoR (e.g., card brand, last four digits) to help you identify your payment method.

e. Advertising & Analytics Data

If we serve ads or use analytics tools, we and our partners may collect:

• Ad impressions and engagement metrics
• Behavioral data for ad personalization
• Retargeting identifiers (e.g., Google AdSense, Facebook Pixel)
• Aggregated audience data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and display user profiles (with verified consent)
• Allow optional public display of certain fields (age, height, body measurements, SNS links) depending on subscription plan

4. Content Usage Consent

By registering and providing social media links, you grant us the right to:

• Access publicly available content from your approved links
• Download and store such content (e.g., profile images, thumbnails) for display within our Service
• Use approved public content in promotional or advertising materials for the Service

We will not use any private or restricted content without explicit consent.

5. Adult Content

• The "Adult (18+)" category is assigned only when selected by the registrant.
• We do not create, sell, or distribute adult content. We only indicate that a creator provides such content on external platforms.
• Access to adult content is restricted to users 18+ and is the responsibility of the viewer.
• We assume no liability for external adult content.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our third-party partners may use cookies, beacons, and other tracking technologies to:

• Enable core site functionality
• Analyze traffic and user behavior
• Improve site performance and design
• Serve personalized or contextual ads
• Track ad impressions, conversions, and click-throughs

We implement security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption
• Role-based access controls for databases
• Row-Level Security (RLS) policies for user data

However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

• Remove your profile or SNS links at any time

This includes changes to features, content availability, or operational methods.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
