1. Introduction

Welcome to myroomia. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

myroomia does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, completeness, or timeliness of any user-submitted or third-party content. All responsibility lies solely with the respective content provider.

myroomia is a platform that allows users to explore profiles based on voluntarily submitted information such as body measurements, birth year, country, social media links, and profile photos.

We store and host certain content (e.g., images and text) submitted by users and display this content within the Service.

Some member profiles may include links to adult-oriented content (e.g., platforms such as OnlyFans). These links are submitted directly by the members themselves at their discretion.

We do not review, control, or endorse any external content linked from the profiles. All responsibility for such content lies solely with the respective member or third-party platform.

Reports (Third-Party Submissions)

The Service may also create profiles based on third-party submissions ("Reports").

All Reports must be based solely on publicly accessible information. By submitting a Report, the reporter represents and warrants that the content is publicly available and that they have the legal right to share it. The reporter assumes full responsibility for any legal issues arising from the submission of private, confidential, or unlawfully obtained content.

We do not collect or store the email addresses or contact information of third-party reporters for security and privacy reasons. As a result, we cannot verify the identity of reporters, confirm the accuracy of their submissions, or communicate with them after submission.

We do not pre-screen or fact-check Reports before placing them in pending status, and we assume no obligation to investigate the accuracy or legality of such content prior to publication in restricted form. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from false, misleading, or unlawful content in Reports.

If any content from a Report is disputed, the subject of the Report may request removal at any time, regardless of the profile's current status. Such requests will be processed promptly through our official contact channels, without requiring further proof beyond reasonable verification of identity.

Profiles created from Reports are initially placed in a pending state with limited, placeholder content (e.g., a default profile image or background, and basic publicly available social media links). No identifiable photos, personal data, or private content will be shown in pending status.

We will attempt to contact the individual subject of the Report via publicly available channels (e.g., direct messaging on social media) to obtain consent.

  • If the subject consents, we will select the thumbnail and profile photo from the subject's publicly available social media content and display them along with the filtering details provided in the Report.
  • If the subject declines, the profile will be deleted.
  • If no response is received, the profile may remain in the pending state indefinitely, subject to periodic review.

3. Eligibility

Browsing and viewing public content on the Service is open to users of all ages.

However, registration and profile submission is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older.

Members must comply with the legal age of majority in their country of residence.

By registering as a member, you represent and warrant that you meet the above eligibility requirements.

4. User Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Uploading images or personal data of others without proper consent
  • Posting content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate
  • Submitting content that infringes on copyrights, image rights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
  • Impersonation, spreading false information, or posting defamatory material
  • Accessing the Service via automated tools (e.g., crawlers, scrapers, bots)
  • Engaging in spam, repetitive posts, or actions that disrupt or damage the system
  • Using the Service for the purpose of reverse-engineering or competitive analysis
  • Deliberately bypassing filtering or moderation policies by submitting disguised or misleading content
  • Attempting to bypass pending or private status restrictions to access hidden information or original media

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take legal action without prior notice if such behavior is detected.

5. Content Responsibility & External Links

Content displayed on the Service (e.g., photos and text) is based on user-submitted information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of such content.

We only display links to publicly accessible social media accounts. If an account becomes private, disabled, or deleted, we may remove or hide the link during our next scheduled review or upon request.

We do not verify the accuracy of all submitted profile information.

If you believe that a profile contains inaccurate, outdated, or unauthorized information about you, you may request its correction or removal at any time. We will process such requests promptly, typically within 30 days of verification.

All content, including links to adult content, is the sole responsibility of the respective member or third-party provider. We assume no liability for the content's nature, availability, or potential to cause offense.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of any external websites linked through our platform. Clicking external links is at your own risk, and you should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of those third-party sites.

6. Copyright and Rights Infringement

By submitting any content (e.g., images or text), you affirm that you own the necessary rights or have proper authorization to do so. You are solely responsible for any legal issues arising from unauthorized or infringing content.

If we receive a valid takedown request (e.g., under the DMCA or similar laws), we will promptly remove the relevant content. Repeated violations may result in account restrictions.

You grant myroomia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your submitted content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service.
